Sailfish Beach Resort Rates are based on a 2-person occupancy, with additional guests $15.00 per person per day. The Sailfish Beach Resort limits each apartment to a total of four people. As a boutique-size resort, we cannot accommodate day guests.
We try to accomodate specific requests, but cannot guarantee specific Ocean-Front units.
During High Season, a one-week minimum is necessary.
Winter, Summer and Fall Season there is a 3-night minimum.
4th of July, a one-week minimum is necessary.
Add 11.5% Florida and Resort Tax.

Check-out: 10:00AM
Reservations: Confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable if written notice is received 60 days prior to reservations. There are no refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures.
